This place totally blew us away! You don’t think too much of it driving in, but the minute you get into the lobby it’s a huge wow factor! Beautifully designed, with much attention to detail. The more we spent time in the lobby/restaurant area, the more we found interesting things in the decor. The room was a second wow factor we were not expecting. The bed was a bit too soft for our liking, but other than that it was perfect! This place is near several hiking trails, a 9-min drive to downtown Sedona, and 16 minutes from Cottonwood (a super cute little town worth visiting). Their happy hour is the best in the area and the food is not only delicious, but very well priced, especially for Sedona. Not to mention the staff, everyone was amazing! We loved that it’s a dog-friendly hotel with a large dog park! We are definitely coming back.

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews, but I'm so glad I chose to stay here. This hotel ended up being a wonderful surprise.||The grounds are beautiful, and every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Brian and Dulce at the front desk for making our stay feel extra special. Your kindness truly made a difference.||The location is excellent—close to downtown and Tlaquepaque, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. There are two large grocery stores nearby, and the hotel has guest laundry facilities, which are great for longer stays. We stayed in a King Junior room on the upper floor, and it was comfortable and quiet. The property feels more like a cozy lodge than a traditional hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere and more charm than a typical motel.||The on-site restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and happy hour, with live acoustic music in the evenings. While it's a nice option, there are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. If you're visiting during the summer, you may want to head out closer to dinner when the temperatures are cooler. During our stay, we saw guests enjoying the pool and the hotel's private park, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.||Overall, I would happily stay here again. Next time, I'll visit in the fall when the weather is cooler. I also recommend booking early, as this is a great location and I imagine the rates increase during busy travel seasons.

We had an amazing time at Mountain Modern Sedona. We were 2 couples and 2 kids, simply Amazing. The spare bedroom, the sofa bed. Everything was great. The girls could play on the patio right outside our bedroom. I slept like a baby. I gotta compliment on the decorations, the beautiful pictures and the word search picture was an ingenious touch. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will come back.

The property was amazing! Everyone there from the concierge to the breakfast team to the bartender were all warm and welcoming. The property is organized like a high-end apartment complex complete with daily events such as complimentary sound bowl meditation. I took my wife there on a babymoon and couldn't believe how beautiful our entire stay turned out. Thank you to the whole staff - we are already planning on returning to the property over Christmas. Love from Houston!

We absolutely loved our stay with our dog, Honey! She was treated like a princess, and this is honestly the best place to stay if you want to travel with your fur baby. They even have an amazing park for pets! Stuff is simply amazing! Everything was clean, modern, and brand new. Thank you very much.

The hotel was beautiful, quiet and very well maintained. The staff made our stay positive and allowed for a fantastic weekend getaway for our anniversary. We definitely plan on returning for additional stays and this will be the first place we look for our next trip! The room was clean and well designed for ease of stay, and the esthetic of the hotel room was beautiful.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Beautiful, newly renovated rooms, with thoughtful design. Great service as well. However, it is still a (very nicely) renovated motel, so just keep that in mind. The view is pretty bad (hallway). The room window is misleading in the photos, and doesn’t show that your windows’ view is the common hallway, and you have to keep the blinds shut the entire time. It’s kind of a big bummer for the price. For a similar rate, I think the Marriott that’s just a few minutes west, has a non-motel experience, which makes a big difference in my opinion. Very nice motel, but still a motel. It should have motel prices.

We had a one night stay on our way to the Grand Canyon and it will be our new favorite for Sedona. It's got a lodge-like feel that you're at a base camp for activities but upscale and trendy in the way it's decorated and the vibe. Front desk friendly and great, room was above expectations (was on the street side but didn't experience noise from the street, just muffled cars going by), nice pool and hot tub in close proximity to the restaurant. Nice happy hour, good breakfast, ample parking-- all the stuff that you need and makes your travel easy.
